“I had two years of repair orders in a shoebox. Magdalena went through them in one sitting and told me straight what I had and what I didn’t.”

You paid. They owe you.

Cases we take
Three ways a company breaks its word
These are the cases we take. For anything else we tell you honestly, and point you to someone who does.

Cars that won’t stay fixed
The same problem, trip after trip, while the warranty clock runs. We read your repair orders and tell you what the law says about a refund or a replacement.
Lemon law and warranties
A deal that changed at the desk
The payment went up, add-ons you never asked for appeared, or the financing “fell through” after you drove home.
Car dealer deals
Collectors who cross the line
Calls at work, threats, or a lawsuit over a debt you don’t recognize. There are rules about all of it.

What happens next
You tell us once. We do the chasing.
Call, text or fill in the form. Everardo writes down what happened and Magdalena calls you back, in English or Spanish, whichever you prefer.
Bring whatever papers you have: the contract, repair orders, letters, screenshots. If it’s a case, we say so, and what it costs. If it isn’t, we say that too.
Photos of your papers are fine
Spanish or English, your choice
No pressure to sign anything

They didn’t give up
“The dealer changed my payment after I signed. At the office they explained everything in Spanish, slowly, and told me what to do first.”
“The calls came to my work. Everardo told me which ones to write down and what not to say. I stopped dreading my phone.”
Sample words written for this template; an owner replaces them with real clients’ comments, with their permission. Every client’s case is different, and these comments don’t promise a similar result.
Worth knowing before we talk
The questions people ask us first.
Do I really pay nothing to start?
The first consultation is free. If we take your case, you pay no attorney fee unless we win. Case costs, such as filing fees, are explained in writing before you sign, so ask us about them first.
Can I talk to you in Spanish?
Yes. Magdalena and Everardo both speak Spanish and English. We go over your agreement and every letter in the language you prefer.
What if I don’t have all my papers?
Bring what you have. Photos on your phone are fine. We can often ask the company for the rest.
How do I know it’s a case?
Some problems are, some aren’t. We ask what happened and when, then tell you plainly which. If it isn’t a case we take, we say so and point you toward help.
Should I stop paying while we talk?
Please don’t stop paying anything, or sign anything new, until we’ve talked. What’s right depends on your contract and your situation.
Don’t let them count on your silence
Thirty minutes, free, in English or Spanish. Bring your papers, or just tell us what happened.
